Treatment Methods
ScreenGuard™ Care Instructions
Periodic cleaning of the glass surface will be required according to conditions, and high-pressure and steam cleaners may be used.
- Use any suitable household glass cleaning product
- Whilst it is possible to use other mild detergents/ shampoos (pH7), aggressive detergents can cause temporary damage to the surface, and should not be used.
- Avoid cleaning agents containing heavy detergents/surfactants.
- Do not use abrasive scrubbing equipment for cleaning
- Residual marks are most likely to be caused by lime scale in tap water as the result of spraying the screen using a hose, not by rainwater. Wash the screen to remove the marks, then wipe away excess water with a suitable rubber blade.
