Q.How do I find out the delivery cost of my order?

A.If you want to find the exact delivery charge for an item or order, simply add the item or items you’re interested in to your basket and the delivery charge as well as any VAT will be calculated and itemised for you. No card details are submitted at this point so you’re under no obligation to make a purchase.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A.Orders are generally despatched within 2 working days , and delivery is normally 1-2 days

Q.Do you deliver on bank holidays?

A.Unfortunately not, our warehouse and couriers only despatch and deliver on working days Monday to Friday.

Q.Can you ship outside of mainland UK?

A.We cannot accept overseas orders on our web site, however in some case we are able to ship outside of the mainland UK – to the Republic of Ireland for instance . Please contact us on 01691 654282 to discuss your requirements.

Q.Can I have a timed delivery slot?

A.No

Q.Can I collect from your warehouse

A.Only with a special pre-arranged appointment – you can’t just turn up.

A.It depends on the product.

A.Yes, simply click on the link to the MSDS in the product page where it can be downloaded.
