Multi-Purpose Brick & Stone Protector is a high strength water based formulation offering appearance retention for any porous silicate substrate such as such as stone, concrete, terracotta and clay.  Once applied the indistinguishable protective layer 120 nm thick bonds with the inner pores of the substrate to leave a smooth, anti-stain, non-discolouring surface layer.

It offers protection against:

  • Moss, greening and algae build up on outdoor weathered surfaces (sandstone surfaces)
  • Damage from fat, grease and oil products
  • Colour seepage into substrate from building run-off
  • Abrasion and frost damage
  • Bird droppings and chewing gum adhesion
  • Repeated graffiti vandalism – offering 10 -15 cycles of colour removal before re-application*
  • Chemical attack including acrylic paint damage – allowing easy removal of solvent-based graffiti and solvent-free graffiti*

N.B. All 1 litre bottles are shipped with a tamper evident screw tops. Trigger sprays are available to purchase on the site if needed.

Coverage: Approx’ 12m² / litre

£ Cost / m²:  £4.58 -£4.42

Durability: 10 years

* Specialist solvent removers may be required, depending on graffiti type – ghosting will be avoided. Ease of removal depends on graffiti agents used.
